Hello Sir / Madam

I was having couple of mobile connection of TATA DOCOMO Services.

While getting connected to your network, your marketing executives promised me lots of thing and also gave me assurity that your service network will be best as compared to others.

Also while filling my form for your Postpaid SIM cards… I attached my all documents and also I mentioned in form that, The Mobile Bill should be sent to my email ID. Also it was confirmed with your agencies.

Later due to network problem I requested to your people to discontinue my mobile network services… All this incedent took place in Feburary 2012.

Later I got call on 25th April regarding to bill payment of my Tata Docomo numbers. The person was calling on behalf of Saikrupa Agencies, Nashik Road his name was said Mr. Shrikant.

I remined him that, I have already made a request to disconnet my mobile connections. In answer he told me that, he can deduct the rent and all other things after my disconnection request. Also he promised me that he will be coming to my office on next day (26th April). He failed to come to me.

And again he call me on 27th April for the same. I asked him why he did not come in commited time to collect mobile bill. And I was answered in very abusive and insulting way by Mr. Shrikant and also he threatned me by tell that, the agency is running by some politician’s husband and he is having all rights to absue me.

Same day I went to their office and gave a complaint and also I took a aknowledgement… but acknowledgement was not stammped. And I was told to come again. I went their for almost a week and followed my complaint. But it was of no use to me.

Later I left this issue. But mean time many times I got a call from your office of bill payment and when ever I remind about my insult and your abusive behaviour to me… your people behave more rudely to me and your people never forget to remind me that I have to meet them in police station and court.

Even today 28th July, some lady gave me a call regarding to bill payment from 0253-6421110, I remind this lady about what your people challenged me to meet them in court. On my reply, your lady tele caller was also rude to me and quite abusive.

After getting lot disturbed by such inceidences I tried to launch a complaint on TATA DOCOMO website, but the complaint section is not working on website… So it’s a good idea from DOCOMO not to receive consumer complaints from mobile users and claim that they are best in serviceses.

I request TATA DOCOMO to look into this complaint and let their people know how to behave with their clients or I should have to approach Police for threatneing me.
