I inquired the customer care of Airtel regarding my sudden Barring of outgoing messages from my prepaid mobile. They could not solve the issue due to sheer lack of basic knowledge, to which I was upset (and obviously so) because the stupid reasons they were giving was beyond my understanding. However, I never used any bad language there (Although I did want to use... a lot).

However, misusing the so called power these guys have, they barred my outgoing calls too, probably out of their stupid ego, and citing reason (that i came to know later) that I only had requested for barring my calls. I mean what stupidity. Where do they hire such studs from?

I fail to understand what sort of 'care' is that.

Thanx to Airtel, I am switching over to some better company.

Airtel customer care is the worst.
