Dear Sir,
I have logded a complaint in Airtel consumer service regarding excess charges of SMS against my postpaid airtel number 9560300966. I have already complaint in airtel mobile. But till date no action is takan and I can any favourable response from Air tel.
I have another airtel prepaid number 9810500966 from the last ten year. Till date I am submit two to three time my document but today I receive a sms for submit of document.
I can't understand why airtel asking many times for proof of document.
Please do something for me or I discontinue these number or stop airtel service.
