Lank call and vulgar call

Dear Sir, I am getting random calls from the mobile no.9138237827 (its MTS or RAINBOW SHYAM CDMA), HARYANA number.

This person is making so much blank call, n sometimes trying to talk vulgar things on call. I am very much disturbed with this issue.

Please, block any call or sms from this mobile no to my mobile.
