This is to inform the consumer forum of India that there has been an nonsense caller who gives a missed call to one's mobile number and hence when called back the person on the other side picks up (usually a GIRL) and speaks with a sweet tone, after which asks when the person got a missed call from the number and where I stay and other stuff. The call cost comes as Rs.40 and I would like to book a complaint against the number. There are lots of such numbers and the one through I got was 263732210312.

If observed carefully all the numbers have first 9 digits common and hence the last 3 change
