I have used this online service to recharge my mobile, the amount has been deducted from my axis bank account, but the recharge was unsuccessful. When i spoke to Idea customer care they were saying that they haven't received any request for the recharge. But my amount Rs 55.00 has been deducted. So i request you to kindly go through the details given below and take neccessary action and refund my money.
