Hello

On 11th March My Cell # 9224152633 was having a plenty of balance in my a/c, whereas the service provider has deducted around INR 175/- from main balance & also other balance which I has having (free calls for Tatat to Tata), this debit was made without my notice & any subscriptions applied by me.

When I contacted them for refund for this amount, the officer incharges refused to give credit to my a/c.

I request your goodselves to kindly inform the service provider to refund it asap & just stop those types of unnecessary debits from customers a/c.
