False commitement and Improffesionalism Towards custome

I have purchased a Soni Erricson W20 Phone 3 months back from Mobile store City centre branch Indore for 8100 Rs. Yesterday suddenly the LCD screen of phone went Blank. It was a display problem It was promised to me that if in case i face any problem with my mobile, i can anytime get in touch with any mobile store branch and they will serve us the best. however, when i reached at same city centre branch from where i purchased my mobile they said that they can not do anynthing in this regard and asked me to visit Sony erricson service centre. When I insisted alot they informed me that if i wish i can logg any complaint in consumer court or can file any legal case as well as they wont be able to help me out. They also said that we are having so many outlets all over india and on a daily basis aprox thousands of people are complaining for our services and products, but no body can do anything as we are mentioning in our bill itself that Mobile store is not responsible for any damage in mobile. They have put in customer in no Men's land situation. Request you all if any responsible person can take it forward and get this sorted out, i will be very thankful to him.
