I'm getting abusing calls from unknown mobile numbers and all calls being made by one person

I'm from kerala ans I am getting abusing calls from unknown mobile numbers, which being made by a single person. we found some number he calling is registered at Airtel Tamilnadu. For a week he is disturbing with calls and abuse languages. he also uses many numbers.
