With reference to the above, we paid yearly rental amount in June. At the time of taking this option, we got assurance that BSNL will bill to the excess call charges only for next 12 months. But after that we are geting bills for rent an call charges. many times we approc=ached the concerned office regarding the matter but no reply and no action is taken till now.
