I use a vodafone prepaid - campus plan (9769829929). which has a validity of 1 year and option for FNF. I recently recharged with a 199 refill card - on the inquiry for the same i was told that my plan would remain the same (campus card plan) and only an additional balance would be added to by prepaid account.

on 29th Sept i realised that i was barred from making outgoing calls as my account has expired and my campus plan was changed to the base plan (inspite of being in the 1 year validity plan). Complain to the vodafone CC was absolutely useless as most of the executives dont understand the complain or else they giv me details i am already aware of..!! had spoken to Hemant Pramod Sharma - who i have to say is in the wrong job. Just was unable to understand and finally i had to disconnect as the conversation was leading me nowhere - THERE WAS NO SOLUTION.

request you to get me back to my earlier campus plan as there is no mistake at my end but THE VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE MISGUIDED ME ON THE REFILL.
