Money charged but my mobile number not charged

I had recharged (top-up) my prepaid reliance mobile no. 9335301351 for Rs. 200/- on dated 23/09 05:00:24 PM using the ONLINE recharge option available on the official website of Reliance Communications. i also made a written complaint to [email protected] The payment was routed through HDFC Bank account.

However, my number was not recharged following which I had complained about it at the Reliance Web World, The executive’s response was surprisingly that Reliance Mobile does not provides ONLINE recharge facility to which I argued as the link for same is available on their official website. However, as a cross verification action, I took up the matter with the HDFC Bank to which their response is that they have verified the success of transaction with my mobile service provider & they have confirmed about the successful recharge.

On my continuos persistence for reimbursing the said amount on account of unsuccessful recharge, i was sent the excel sheet containing the details of my topup. However, my argument to this is as mine is a Life Time Prepaid Card, i don't need any another monthly recharges, hence only my talk-time should have been topped up. Besides this, their is no mention about this anywhere on the website. Since this is a matter occured way back (3-4 years back)

Hence it is my humble request to you to please look into the matter & try and resolve the matte
