I have a MOTOROLA W230 model mobile which I had bought one year before and since today morning I lost connectivity, both incoming and outgoing. I am using IDEA prepaid connection. When I consulted with customer service agent, they informed me that there is problem for using IDEA connection in this model of mobile. I am not satisfied with the response I got from them. Hence I request you to enquire about this issue and hoping for a response from your end. Also note my IMEI No. 352498021027602 and my mobile number is 00919961266448 / 9744833305.
