I, G.Krishnanand one of your Unior Customer Mobile No.7899053836, since last week i am facing some problems in my unior connection & that his some of the service are getting activated in my number without my request also the amount is detecting daily from my account automatically. Today i had called to the Customer care one of your executive spoke to me & i told that this type of Problems i am facing, then he checked my account & he told me that some of the Wap Services are activated in my account. Then i told him that i have not giving any request to activate any of the services then how can it happen, he told me that it is not activated from our end & its automatically activated. Today afternoon i checked my balance is was around Rs.19/- in the mean time i checked again in the evening & my balance was showing around Rs.4/-.that time i came to know that my account his detected. after that i received the SMS that Dear Subscriber You have successfully activated chat service at Rs.15/- your chat Subscription is Valid for next 15days this Sms i received around 5:11pm on 18-11.Your Customer Executive talk to rashly, then i told him that i am going to give a compliant to Consumer Form to get Grievance from Unitech Wireless (South) Pvt. Ltd..Because there is know any other alternative.
Once again i request to you that to solve my problems without any delay & refund my amount which has detected from my account.becauce now a days making money his very difficult, in the mean time you people are doing like this. How we can use your services. Hope that you will do the needful at the earliest.
