I have a horrible experience with Airtel my airtel No was 033-406-28300 In the month of April I placed a request for shifting the connection to a new address (Ref No: - 428956) which was not successful subsequently I asked to cancel the connection but based on reference no 1469109 they asked me to wait a few days and for that period I don't need to make the payment.
Finally the shifting was not successful but they are asking me for money. I repeatedly gave them the reference no and all the details, the very next day some one else was giving me a call and I used to end up explaining the entire story.
Of late they are threatening me that they will file a case!!!
I have cleared all the bills till 30th April. How can they ask me to pay for May, June and July?
This is a planed fraud from Airtel.
