Re:- Replacement of Nokia C 6 set Colour black Batch no. 35699404268092

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. Mobile unable to take back up from Memory card. The phone also hangs. I have been submitt it to nokia care for four times till now. Music player is not working. Unlock key also not working. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
