We are writing to you regarding the bill of telephone no 29224002 (bill no 2088815406 dated 8Jun10) which we have received recently. It is pertinent to point out that as per our records, Cardio Fitness India Pvt Ltd, New Delhi, has no telephone operating on this particular number. It is, therefore, obvious that there has been some error at your end.

In view of the above, kindly check your records, and accordingly cancel this bill. From our side, we are treating this matter as closed.
