I have a land line number at my residence, which I had requested to be shifted at my new address it is more than two months now, neither any body at the MTNL office is giving me proper information nor my telephone connection has been resumed. I have visted at the MTNL office and followd up over phone so many times, but of no use, work order no is 993124, any competent authority kindly look into the matter.
