On 28th feb, I went to bed at 08:00 P.M. When I woke up at 11:00 P.M. same night, it displayed a sms on my mobile phone that you have successfully subscribed to a service Khel Khel Mei..
I did not have any idea why Rs.30 from my balance was deducted.
I registered a complaint immediately at customer care with complaint number 10300032. Nothing happened.
Again on 3rd march I registered another complaint with complaint number 10300011. They promised to resolve it in 2-3 days.
Now around 2 weeks have passed without any action...
I want strict action to be taken against it..
