I R K chahal, using prepaid dolphin trump mobile service-MTNL (mobile no:9868945888) want to file complaint regarding the unnecessary deduction of balance of my mobile by MTNL in the name of some music station sevice. I never subscribed for this music station service but they have been deducting my balance sine last 6 months in different denomination (30, 10). I called customer care many times but of no use. So sir please look into the matter. Kindly unsubscribe all services and stop deducting my balance.
