Oadband & telephone is not working

Dear Sir/Madam

Ihave a landline connection of MTNL is 011-25965545 on the address of u-1/123, dharam enclave, prem nagar-II, kirari, new delhi-110086. I have already complained many times that my handset is not working. It has problem in ringer so that we not able to attend any incoming phone & also receiver has not able transmit our voice to other side. Second proble is My internet is not working between 7.00 hours to 20.00 hours. So that we are not able to any work. So, Please help us Or tell me the proccess that forward our complaint to higher authorities.
