I am a resident of Krishna Nagar (East Delhi). Our MTNL Landline phone is not working for more than 2 days now. Noone came for resolution of the same till now. What kind of services MTNL is providing to its subscribers - I am suprised at the action of MTNL.
Phone is not working more than 3-4 times in a month and bills is also not proper. We do not make more than 50 calls in a month but bill also show us more than 200 calls.
