Landline is not working

Hi This is Dilip Sanghavi & My Telephone Number is 28900250 with Name of Dilip Sanghavi, Dahisar (West), Mumbai

My above landline Number is dead from last 1month & after so many complaint on 198 as well as on yr web site, there is no action from yr side & I paid all my bill without using the phone as well as net connection, which was not working since last 3 months. Docket no.8069.

Sir Pls look into this matter Urgently & do sothing Urgently
