We have surrendered our both the MTNL (Mumbai) telephones on 18/11 ie over THREE months back.

The lines were disconnected in two days but the refund of our deposits with interest haven’t yet been sent by MTNL.

THREE months delay is a substantial delay and amounts to DEFICIENCY & PURPOSEFUL HARASSMENT on MTNL part.

We have contacted MTNL authorities & their grievance section several times' but they have failed to take any action in the matter.
