Suspension of telephone services, 011-26042175

Dear sir,

I have subscribed to the broadband service (26042175) of MTNL about few months back. While the internet service is running properly, telephone services has not been working since the installation. I have complained many times to the local enquiry and have also written to the regional office at Nehru Place. But so far, no corrective action has been taken. Therefore, at last, I am compelled to write to your good office. You are requested to kindly take necessary action in this regard.
