Dear Sir,
We had recharged our MTNL Trump Mobile No.9969687814 online vide our HDFC Bank Credit Card for Rs.125 /- on 18.10.10. The transcation was successful and Transcation ID was TPSL 98005.
On 01.11.10, we lodged a complaint (Complaint No. CC 1011509921) with the customer care, since the amount paid online was not credited to our talktime nor the amount refunded back, every time we were given different answers when we called up the customer care.
On 10.11.10, we sent an E-Mail to [email protected] giving details of our problem, but till date there is no response from MTNL.
