This is to inform that I received an SMS from 56789 on 13th Jan stating "Your subscription to MTNL TUNES is due for renewal. You will be charged Rs. 25 on 16-01. To deactivate the service call 56789."
I had never subscribed for any caller tune so wonder why I got this message. Also when I tried calling on 56789, I could not complete the call but my talktime went on reducing very fast. I really feel cheated because of this coz I have recharged my cell to make phone calls to my family and friend and not waste it on something like this where to deactivate a service which I had never subscribed for I am being charged unnecessarily.
Please look into the matter and help me resolve it ASAP
