I had opted for mobile no. porting from Relaince to MTS. My cell No. is 9323977526. My network transferred to MTS on 26.08.2011. However I cannot make or recieve calls, which is causing very much inconvenience to me.
In spite of written complaints to customer care, no one is really bothered
to resolve the issue. Customer care executives at the outlets are useless
and utter same stereotype message "Your complaint has been forwarded to respective dept and same will be resolved within 1, 2, 3, or 7 days..."
For heaven's sake please don't buy MTS products..eslse you will repent afterwards...
