Echarge amount 212 not rechargable

Hello sir, I recharged my aircel number for 202 plus coupen 10 total 212 by using my credit card on 28th march. My account balance has been debited in my credit card. Accelyst solution claimed the same amount on april 2nd. But still i didn't get the recharge amount 212.

I register complaint to credit card section and aircel customer care. Please do this favo
