Sir/Mam, I am Atanu malick. I have taken MTS internt broadband connection on 8/02/10 no is big bazar (howrah) MDN-9143952878 with myHCL ME laptop.but it is not woring on15/02/10 to still now. I request to MTS person Mr. imran (9143461323) i call hem every day 3 or 4 time he tell me that "plese you send your docoment on this address" (MTS.PS.SRIJAN THCH PARK. BLOCK .DN-52 9th FL.SALT LAKE CITY SEC.5.KOL-91 BEHIND WIPRO.) I was send my docoment on 16/02/10 by dtdc courier (K38997772). To day i call to mr. Imran but he can not answer that why my connaction not started.plz tell me what i am doing now???Regards Atanu Malick-09830607654
