I have two mts data card devices with following no.

these both devices have diff plans and the first one has been recharged a day ago and it has already consumed 100 mb's without usage and the speen since that very time is 2kbps
it is neither giving any speed... nor anyone is ready to hear the complaints and the complaint helpline never answers
the retail says to dispose of the device he can not do anythng... what a a fraud company... no promises, no services and misconduct as well... they r ready to give the new device but they are never ready to help the consumer...
i need results or will case against the company for this misconduct and poor behaviour...
