Disturbance in office and in home by unwanted promotional phone calls from MTS company by (preffix) NO. 140

i have been receiving unwanted promotional phone calls from MTS company by (preffix) NO. 140... which are creating the vey -very disturbance in my office and in home . please do something to stop all these calls at once. I applied for DND one month ago, but NOTHING is happening. I am still receiving these calls.
