Address proof submission and activation

I have submitted my documents for airtel money and paid Rs. 75 for airtel money activation by 17/10 1:30 PM with silverline networks collection center at Ascendas IT Park, Taramani and was under the impression it will get activated in 4 hours. After multiple follow ups with customer care and the retailer it happened by 19/10 around 6:00 PM and i was told in another 7 working days gold member activation will happen after address and id verfication. I was under the impression it may not happen so, as the delay caused in the normal activation itself. So, i was checking with customer care for tracking the status on a daily basis as i was looking to avail an offer from Viveks which will get expired in a week time. But i was always getting the same reply (replay) that the activate will happen in 7 working days and there is no status tracking at their end. To my surprise, i got an SMS saying the address proof is still not received by airtel money and asked me re-submit the same. So, i called the customer care to help me out and they directed me to go to the retailer or re-submit with another dealer. When, i asked with customer care itself to follow up and help, they told this is not in their context as the document itself is not received. I have already lost a week's time and still the process itself is not started. This is mainly due to silverline networks form processing issues. Now, i have to follow up with them. I am not sure whether my account will get activated before the offer expiry.
