Activation of music on demand without my consent

Respected sir..,

I have been activated the service of Music On Demand without me being intimated and an amount of 1200/- has been charged along with the normal rent by the BSNL. i want the service to be deactivated as i'm not interested and would like to request you to take the concern action upon this regarding the bill.. so please stop the music on demand to my telephone number 0891-2507682.
