This is to inform you that I have not yet got my PF amount of World Space Pvt Ltd. till date. As discussed with you I am sending all the document's scan copy which I have. After resigned from world space pvt ltd (dtd:30-06) I also visited your previous office so many times at Purna Das Roada and as on 31-01 finally do all the formalities to get PF as earlier as per your advice. But there after three or four months later when I called, you said that the above application were already send from your end but that was rejected by PF office due to unknown reason!!
As per your instruction I was visited again on 14-09 at your new office at Hazra Road & do the same formalities & submitted my all requiste forms along with detailsagain to you. From your end no receiving copy has given to me.
I am toataly disheartened by the fact that I have make so much of follow for my PF withdrawal inspite of giving all the documents.
PF no & all the details are attached herewith which was provided by you. PL. LET ME KNOW THE STATUS OF MY APPLICATION.
Please check and do the needful for the same on urgent basis so that atleast I can get the actual PF amount as early as possible. Hoping you will kindly look into the above mentioned matter and Justice will be given in my favour.
