Dear Sir/Madam,
I wish to raise one complaint against Nokia care of Chandigarh-22, I recently (10 April), handed over my Nokia 7210 Supernova set Nokia Care (Chanidarh-22). It was having some keypad problem. I was finding hurdle while operating it; pressing one button would have resulted out into wrong output over and again. It was still in warranty period. So, to enjoy the privilege; I thought of handing over it to Nokia Care (Chandigarh Sector-22).
Would like to furnish more details as below:

Since the time I have given it for repair, they come up with new excuses while I visit them to collect my mobile set quite an often. It usually turns out into uncertain disputes every time and disappointed me.
After all this bad incident, I am hurt, and I wish to raise this issue to management as well as administration of Nokia care; I was delivered wrong information regarding the return of my repaired mobile set and experienced misbehaviour with guest/customer.
They cannot be considered as educated customer care executives, I am sorry to say that they all behave like uneducated people. I request for the support from management side as well hope to get my mobile set at the earliest.
