Suffering from Nokia Service

Dear Sir,

I am using Nokia C7 Headset from last 7 months recently i have found some problem in my hand set when i use internet in phone it get heat. Regarding this is i have connected to Nokia Care Vapi (Tangent Vapi) they informed me that this Model is having Problem there is no an other solution to fix this problem so i connected to Nokia also from there also i gent negative responses

So please help me regarding
