Bad quality

Dear Sir,

I have bought a mobile handset Nokia 5030 from Subhash Electronics Ravi Bhawan, Sharda Chowk, Raipur, & shopkeeper has given warranty on this product,

this set has so many problems, as low ring tone & uncleared voice. when I went to shop for exchange it, he totally denied for it.

Please suggest me what to do.
