Dear Sir / Madam,
I bought a nokia mobile Model -X2 from THE MOBILESTORE Invoice no -UP/43514 on 30 jan
IMEI No- 354854043245523.
From the day first day this mobile had very bad battery backup it takes 4 -5 hours to fullly charged
on 2nd April this mobile gone switched of and not started again. I went to NOKIA CARE RDC Rajnagar Ghaziabad (UP)
They checked the mobile and gave a Service Job sheet to me and ask to get mobile on next day (5th April)

I visited nokia store next day but they told that it has mejor problem and it will take one week for repair.
on 16/04 I again visited NOKIA STORE after getting a call about mobile repair. but when I visited
they told that mobile has returned back due to warranty Void but they had no reason.
They told that it will take another 20-25 days to be repaired and they have provided on mobile to me for this period
I feel that I had made big mistake by purchasing this mobile and again by giving
it to nokia care. I dont know how long period required to repair a mobile. I feel myself Totally cheated.
I have no Idea where to complain for quick response. I want my mobile otherwise nokia should Replace
this Mobile.
I dont have somuch time to visit nokia office two, three, four times. Please Please nokia give some solution
