I WILL BE MUCH THANKFUL IF YOU WILL RETURN MY MONEY RS.1500/- WHICH I HAD PAID TO INDORE BR.JOB SHEET NO.739504867/110524/106 REPLACEMENT NOTE NO. RN 291898 DATED .09.06.2011. WHY THE CO HAS REPLACE THE MOBILE, WHY HAVE NOT REPAIRED THE SAME INSTRUMENT BECAUSE THE MODEL IS NOT REPAIREBLE AND CO IS HARIESHING THE CUSTOMERS.WE HAVE SUBMITTED THE INSTRUMENT ON 09.06.2011 AND REPLACE THE SAME ON 20.06.2011.THE BRANCH PERSON HAS AGREED THAT THE C-3-00 MODEL HAS BEEN SEND TO THE CO FOR REPAIR FOR 2 TIMES FOR REPAIR, BUT DUE TO IRREPARABLE MODEL CO WAS NOT IN A POSITION TO REPAIR THE SAME HENCE THE CO HAS REPLACE THE MODEL. THE NETWORK IC WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND BRANCH WAS MISGUIDED THAT SOME LIQUID HAS ENTERED IN THE MOBILE, WHICH WAS WRONG AND HENCE THE MOBILE WAS UNREPAIRABLE SO THE CHANGED THE MODEL BY CHARGING 1500RS. WHICH WAS NOT OUR FAULT. IT IS THE DEFECTIVE MODEL
