I have purchased a nokia 701 phone on 02/10 from Nokia priority dealer (All saint communication Ahmadabad India) in price 17000.00 INR (invoice number- 3491), IMEI No:- 358272041244560, with 12 hours I have gotten problem in network connectivity and all network including GPS, internet got disconnected. On 03/10 I have given mobile to nokia dealer and they jus replaced the factory setting and revert me back. On 04/10 I have again faced the same problem so I have gone to nokia dealer and he told me to come on next day and he will replace the mobile. But when I given mobile to dealer he refused to replace the mobile by saying that mobile have a very minute scratch and company will not replace it. then they sent it to service center after repair again only 10-12 hour it works and creates the same problem. Please help me to replace the mobile because I am facing a lot of problem with this.
