I AM A OLD USER OF MTNL LANDLINE AS WELL AS BROADBAND SERVICES BUT SINCE LAST 4 TO 5 MONTHS THEIR HAS BEED A NEGLEGEINCE ON THE PART OF MTNL ON ITS BROADBAND SERVICES, AS EVEN AFTER MY REPEATED COMPLAINTS TO THE MTNL AND ALSO TO THE ED NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TILL DATE HENCE I WNT U TO HELP ME AND TAKE A STRONG ACTION AGAINST MTNL FOR CHARGING ME WRONGLY IN MY BILL IN THE MONTH OF SEPT WHERE IN FR A PERIOD OF 2 DAYS THE LIND WAS DEAD AND I WAS UNABLE TO CALL ANYONE FRM MY LANDLINE NOR WAS I ABLE TO WORK ON THE NET, BUT MTNL HAS MADE MY BILL WITHOUT THE RENTAL REBATE FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED PERIOD OF SEPT ON MY TEL NUM 29451633, HENCE I WNT U TO PLS DO THE NEEDFULL AT THE EARLIEST
