Nokia service center, handset 5530
Nokia 5530xpress music, service late

I submitted my handset nokai 5530 xpress music on 10th, may, and was promised that will get handset in 7-10 days [by service center], after 10 days they said, IMC head office is not showing status, i talked to manager of nokia care service center, he said, they are saying product is under repair, but no body telling me exact time, i don't know if they will even give it back or not, if they are unable to repair they should replace it
