Recharge amount not credited to my balance

I have recharged my prepaid mobile (9591038073) on 26 Jun 10 at Kammanahallli, Bangalore. The recharge successful message with transaction ID 23169849 and 1138104824 received on my number. But the amount is not shown my balance even after 2 days. Pls do the needful to get it corrected.
