Customer care executives are "retarded"

My father has a airtel prepaid card. He does a top-up recharge which has a validity for a year and this plan is provided by Airtel itself. Airtel deactivated his service when he was out of town for 3 months. When contacted the customer service, they have no clue or knowledge about their different prepaid plans. Spoke to a person (reference no: 0626084716), she was one recorded player, not listening or not letting me talk. I had to hang-up, since there was no point in talking to that retard. Airtel also claims that the conversations are recorded to help them improve their quality of service, but they have hired there to help us is way below the quality standards. I'm 100% sure that Airtel don't provide them good training and also understand Airtel knows that the hired customer care executives are retarded. So that they can keep all their costs low.

I don't think Airtel is very serious about customer service. Their Toll-Free. YES! TOLL-FREE IS ALSO CHARGED, THIS IS CHEATING.
