We write and regret to inform you that we have been asking a broadband connection for the past one and half years. In our area service personal are replying each time the connection will be provided next month or next weak. But still now we are not yet get any resposibile from your bsnl officials. Last month Tenkasi AE also shown a Demo for the link was ok or not. They also told the link and the speed was ok the connection will be provided one or two days.
We are one of the leeding import and exporter in the Timber side. we are locating in the industrial and commercila area. What can we do for the further action?
Our requesting was already submitted at Tenkasi Bsnl office and our land line number is 04633-227085
