SERIOUS COMPLAIN ABOUT HELLO TRAVEL.COM (KOLKATA BRANCH OFFICE)
This is a very serious complain by SOFIA HOUSE OF TOURISM, Kolkata against HELLO TRAVEL.COM, Kolkata Branch office (Subsidiary: India Mart Inter Mesh Limited) and the persons who did the fraud with us are the following:
ANUPAM ADHIKARI (CELL NO: 9674739744)
S MUKHERJEE (CELL NO: 9874304747) and
AMIT SAHA (CELL NO: 9836078020)
The activity of India Mart.com (Hello Travel) is to sell travel related leads to the travel agents. So they used to contact us months after months to sign a contract and make the payment for their services. At last we tried to go for it.
S Mukherjee on 13th April with Amit Saha came to our office and promised to provide the following services to us against the payment of Rs 16, 545/-
1. To credit 15, 000 points to pull the leads as per our requirement.
2. To provide free FCP promotion (Our company complete profile) and
3. To give us the access to upload as many packages as we can in their Indian Mart Portal.
We have handed over the cheque with a trust that reputed business group like India Mart will not deceive any of its clients. But the moment we have handed over the cheque and it got cleared, both S Mukherjee and Amit Saha even tried to fulfill the commitment of point number 2 and 3. Only we got access to pull the leads. We have agreed to pay only with the condition that if we get an opportunity to display our company full profile in Indian Mart portal as well as upload the packages than only we are ready to come to an agreement. We tried to call S Mukherjee and Amit Saha several times but they neglected us since they got the money and sales were complete according to their policy.
Further we tried to contact the head office in Delhi as well as the head of the department in Kolkata region Anupam Adhikari. No one even bothered to solve the issue. Anupam Akhikari shamelessly told us that they have done every thing and all the commitments were fulfilled. In short the whole group tried to fraud us because their sole motive was to take Rs 16, 545/- and once the money was in their account, they didn’t care because they were under the impression that how a travel agent could do anything to such a big group.
So there are couple of reason to lodge this complain. First one to beware the travel houses of Indian to get it in writing with India Mart what ever services these sales, marketing people are committing other wise they might be in soup. Secondly legal action should be taken against these big group as well as media high light so that their goodwill must come under stake because of their selfish and entirely wrong top management policy. And this Anupam Adhikari must have a lesson so that other might not suffer.
