Mobile top-up not done

I made a online transaction using http://www.oxicash.in/Recharge/MobileFlexiRecharge.aspx easy top-up on 30-06 with my ICICI Credit card.

They charged Rs. 220 for BSNL mobile topup

But at the end after taking my money it said transaction failed due to "invalid amount"

If It is an invalid amount then why they want to take my valid amount???

Since then I am calling the customer care 91- 124 – 6773300

126699 (from Tata lines)

18601802214 (from all operator’s lines)

but it is of no use.

I am loosing my money by making the calls to them.

They told it will be automatically remit back with in three days but still the problem is not solved.

my transaction id is : 00562158973006201210

I DON'T KNOW WT TO DO.

pls help and stop this fraud company to operate such services.
