Dear Sir, I am Soumik Biswas, i am a customer of aircel, sir my balance is geting deducted when i send an sms even though i have subscribed for a sms pack.and it happens almst everytime i recharge for a sms pack, the customer care is useless as they dont do anything and tell to call after 4 hours everytime and blame server update for the problem everytime.sir plz look onto my problem as quick as u can.thank you.
