I have been not provided the correct information

Dear Manoj / Bhakti,

I am Ms Vidhi Bhupendra Ashara

My aircel number is 9768427508.

I have bought the aircel card from a retailer and the address is as follows

National

306/8, Moreshwar Building,

L.N. Road,

Opp, Matunga Central railway Station,

Mumbai-400 019

The day I have taken the Sim from the retailer I provided these doccuments.

A xerox copy of my Pan card.

Rashan Card xerox for address proof.

A Passport size photograph along with the form with signature.

As soon as I received the sms from aircel for submission of the doccuments I crosschecked with checked with retailerand informed that the doccuments are been collected by the aircel agent from the retailer on 30/04/10

It's been more than 24hours I can not make outgoing calls and I am asked to resubmit these doccuments.

I have asked several times customer care executives to provide me the following information

Aircel office has received the copy of my doccuments submitted to the retailer or they have not?

If they have received the doccuments then what is wrong with the doccuments and why I am asked to resubmit the same doccuments?

I am provided with the complaint number after more than 24hours by Mr Ishwar Yelpur and that is

SR 1- 1958104176

After asking for mor then 10 times and more than 24hours to Coustomer care team leader Aircel Mr Ishwar Yelpur is unable to provide me with the correct information.

This is a complaint for all the customer care executives and for their team leaders that they never provide correct information when asked.

They never have updated information of a customer' s account and while asking for a complaint number they never provide one.

If they provide complaint number they donot put a right complaint to their senior.

Please find the problem from your side because customers are not always at fault.

If my fault is I have selected Aircel as network provider for my phone then I don't need the service and return the amount I have paid for GPRS 98rs

SIM 50rs

Recharge for activation 55rs

rechage of 199rs out of that you can check the balance in may acount and return it.
